- Chef Marko will offer tips on:
- The best bang for your buck when buying fresh at local markets
- How to customize high-end dishes with affordable alternatives
- Keeping your family’s taste buds tantalized using ingredients in your refrigerator
The dinner party following the class will offer a great opportunity not only to socialize with like-minded moms, but also for continued questions and answers with Chef Mark who will share well-kept secrets of the trade. Take way hand-outs of all the recipes you’ve learned to try at home.
